Air/O₂ blender test bench

Bench-top calibration system

Our bench-top Air/Oxygen Blender Test Bench brings full calibration capability into the workshop. Built for higher-throughput service departments, it handles the complete blender test and calibration cycle from a single fixed station — with the flow capacity and stability that in-house verification demands.

Software. Connects directly to OxyManager, so every reading is captured as the test runs rather than transcribed afterwards. Results flow straight into a complete test certificate, giving clinical engineers a documented calibration record without the paperwork.
Bench-top workflow. Built as a fixed workshop station for departments calibrating blenders regularly. The rig stays set up between tests, so a unit can be connected, adjusted, and certified in a single pass rather than rebuilt for each job.
Pressure gauges. Made with materials compatible with oxygen and cleaned to remove contaminants such as oil, grease, scale, and organic or inorganic substances. ISO 1725:2017 certified.

Software. Seamlessly interfaces with our OxyManager software to generate comprehensive test certificates. Connecting the test bench to OxyManager gives users a friendly interface that simplifies calibration procedures, capturing test results in real time so clinical engineers can produce detailed certificates swiftly and reliably.

From concept to printed part

From concept to finished part, our in-house team designs and 3D-prints custom components, prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and enclosures for clinical and biomedical engineering. Rapid iteration lets us validate fit and function early — and produce parts to the tolerances medical work demands, from one-off prototypes to small production runs.
